Your housemate Eva is a trainee beautician who needs someone to practice on. You need rent money. The arrangement starts practical.
Each session pushes further than the last:
Session 1 - A haircut. She's professional, hands in your hair. You tell yourself it's just returning a favour.
Session 2 - Styling. Product, shape, blow-dry. She's particular about how you look. You notice you care what she thinks.
Session 3 - Deeper styling work. More time in her chair. The dynamic between you shifts.

Session 5 - Makeup and a wig. False lashes, lip gloss, contouring. This is the session where everything changes. The mirror shows someone new - and you have to decide how that makes you feel.

Most games treat feminization as a one-off event or a costume swap. Lustline Utopia tracks it as a mechanical system that compounds over time:
The Feminization Meter - Male MC only. Starts at 0 (masculine), rises toward 100 as you make choices, complete sessions, and wear feminine items. It doesn't just track progress - it gates content. Higher feminization unlocks new scenes, new dialogue, new NPC reactions.
Mind States - Psychological shifts that compound. Sissy curiosity. Size insecurity. Gender questioning. Feminine euphoria. These aren't labels you pick - they emerge from what you do and accumulate as you play.
Reactive Rules - The game tracks your feminization across four tiers. Each tier triggers new NPC reactions, new available scenes, and new internal monologue. Sissy escalation, feminine acceptance, and feminine embrace are all tracked as separate progression milestones.
Crossdressing Reactions - Equip feminine clothing and specific NPCs react. Eva has a one-time reaction when she first sees you crossdressing. Victor has his own. The city notices what you wear.

Clothing in Lustline Utopia isn't cosmetic. The equipment system uses seven slots - upper, lower, feet, underwear top and bottom, and two outer layers. What you equip changes:

Eva isn't a single-route love interest. She's the most complex character in the game with 665 passages and six distinct relationship paths that branch from a single pivot conversation:
